Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page. Proper evidence of the same must be produced. The same has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery of package. Majority of the consumable or liquid based products are non-returnable. The same has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery of package. Note: A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier. If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item. Return pick up will be organized by Retailance India and reverse pick up charges towards the same will not be charged. Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, we will inform you to use the Self-Ship option. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with Retailance India refund policy, once we receive the item(s). To ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein. Note: Certain couriers might require a return label which we shall e-mail to you. A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories. You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return. 1) A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package); 2) Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package); and Note: If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address (which is available on our invoice or on our contact page) and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned. Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with Retailance India refund policy. Our refund policy: Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders). In case of returns/replacements/refunds, the decision taken by Retailance India shall be considered final. Retailance India holds no liability of any manner. We are selling products manufactured by Companies which are following best practices, have registered brands and follow an ethical business approach. Shipping Cost Refunds: Return shipping costs of upto Rs. 100 will be refunded. The cost of gift-wrapping will not be refunded, if any. All such refunds will be issued through cheques. Note: If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us for an additional refund. For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted. We will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.
